I have this date, the aemd day of June 1965 called a
special meeting at 7:00 o'clock PM for the express
purpose of studying and considering Capital Improve-
ments of the Streets of the City of Wylie.
This meeting is so ordered and by your signatures below
you do consent to this special meeting and by the attest
of the City Secretary and application of the official
Seal of the City of Wylie to this official document so
order its entrance into the permanent record of the City
of Wylie as an official action of the Governing body of

SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
June 28, 1965
The City Council met in Special Session June 28, 1965 at
7:00 P. M. for the express purpose of studying and con-
sidering Capital Improvements of the Streets of the City
of Wylie. Those present: Mayor Hampton. Councilmen:
Onstot, Miller, Wingfield, Shields and St. John, City.
Administrator Jack H. Whitt and City Secretary Oneida
Gallagher.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hampton, with
the consent to meet signed by all members of the Council.
After a lengthy discussion on a motion by Councilman
Wingfield and seconded by Councilman Miller to repair and
top Butler Street up to Second Street and repair the
East part of Brown Street and use the money out of the
General Fund. Motion carried.
The Council ask Mr. Whitt to send letter to the property
owners on each street considered to be done at this time.
and to ask for bids on Third Street.
Motion was made to adjourn by Councilman Onstot and seconded
by Councilman St. John at 9 :00 P. M.
