Regular Council Meeting
November 9, 1965
The City Council met in regular session at 7:00 P.M. November 9, 1965.
Present; Mayor nampton. Aldermen: Shields, St. John, Wingfield and
Onstot. City Adm. Jack H. Whitt, City Secy. Oneida Gallagher. John
Gay City Atty. Absent.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hampton. The minutes of the
last regular meeting of October 12, 1965 were read and approved as
read on a motion by Councilman St. John and sec _nded by Councilman
Shields . Motion carried.
Mr. Nor-2is met with Council In reference to a Public Housing Program.
On a motion by Councilman Wingfield and seconded by Councilman St.
John on Resolttion No. 1. " A flesol&tion finding and declaring that
there exists a need for the Housing Authority of the City of Wylie,
Texas, to function.
Resolution No. 2 " Resolution Authorizing Publication of the Intent
to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Housing Authority of
the City of Wylie" , on a motion by Councilman St. John and seconded
by Councilman Onstot. Motion carried.
Motion to pay all monthly bills made by Councilman St. John and .-..
seconded by Councilman Shields. Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn by Councilman St. John and s conded by Councilman
Onstot. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
