of approving the 1966-67 Budget for the City of Wylie .
This meeting is so ordered and by your signatures below
you do consent to this special meeting and by the Attest

Seal of the City of Wylie to this official document so
order its entrance into the permanent record of the City
of Wylie as an official action of the Governing body of

September 26th, 1966
At a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Wylie on
Monday, September 26, 1966, the proposed budget for the City of t°Wylie
for the fiscal year beginning October 1 , 1966 and ending September 30,
1967, was thoroughly discussed and studied.
Fiction was made by Councilman Douthitt and seconded by Councilman
Shields the the proposed Budget for the fiscal year totalling
>159,673.00 be adopted. Motion carried unanimously
Ordinance #66-3, An Ordinance adopting budget and appropriating
resources for TTe budget year beginning October 1, 1966.
Ordinance #66- . An Ordinance fixing the tax rate and levy in and
for the City o'f 1Jylie, Texas, for the year 1966, upon all Taxable
property in said city of Wylie, Texas; for the purpose of paying
the current expenses of said City for the fiscal yesr ending Sept.
30, 1967: and the further purpose of creating a Sinking fund to
retire the principal and Interest of the Bonded indebtedness of
slid city providing that in the event and provision of this Ord-
inance be held unconstitutional and invalid that such holding
shall not affect the re aining provis:L_ons hereof; repealling all
ordinances and parts thereof in conflict herewith and provinding
for publication.
Ordinance #6 An ordinance prescribing water rates for local
residents (within City limits ) and extended area residents ( out-
side City limits ) of Wylie, Texas .
Ordinance #66-6. An Ordinance p+O.escribing Garbage collection
and disposal rates in the City of Wylie, Texas .
