The City Council met in regular session October 11, 1966 at
7:30 P. M.
Present: Mayor Hampton, Aldermen: Shields, Posey, Douthitt
and Wingfield, City Adm. Jack H. Whitt, City Secretary
Oneida Gallagher. Absent: City Atty. John Gay and Councilman
Tibbals .
The meeting was called to order by J.iayor Hampton. The min-
utes of the last regular meeting of September 13, 1966 and
also the minutes of a special meeting of September 26, 1966
were read and. approved as read on a motion by Gouncilman
Wingfield and seconded by Councilman Posey. Motion carried.
Monthly bills were read and a; :.,roved to be paid on a motiom
by Councilman VJingf_ ield and seconded by Councilman Douthitt.
Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn by 'ouncilman Shields and seconded by
councilman Douthitt. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
