November 8, 1966
The City Council met in regular session November 8, 1966 at
7: 30 P. VI
Present: Mayor Pro-Tem Shields . Aldermen: Posey, Tibbals and
Douthitt, City Atty. John Gay, City Adm. Jack H. Whitt and
City Secretary Oneida Gallagher. Absent: Mayor Hampton and
Al derman Wingfield.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro-Tem Shields . The
minutes of the last regular meeting of October 11, 1966 were
read and approved as read on a motion by Councilman Tibbals
and seconded by Councilman Posey. Motion carried.
Monthly bills were rep_;'_ and approved to be paid on a motion by
Councilman Douthitt and seconded by Councilman Fosey. Motion
carried.
Mrs . W. C. Martin met with Council to discuss her Street problem.
The Council advised Mrs . Martin they would check and see what
could be done about the street drainage .
Motion to adjourn by Councilman -Douthitt and seconded by Council-
man Tibbals . Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
