The City Council met in regular session, December 13 , 1966 at 730 P.M.

and Douthitt. Ci _y Adm. Jack H. Whitt, City Secy. Oneida Gallagher,
with City Atty. John Gay and Councilman Tiboals absent.
The Leoting was call ad to order by layer -ar,pton. The minutes of
the last regular mbeting of 'To-omber 6, 1966 Jero rend and approved
as road on a motion by Councilman Shields and seconded by Councilman
Douthitt . ', otion carried.
