meeting entered into the permanent record of the City
of Wylie as an official action of the Governing Body

SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
September 8, 1967
The City Council met in special called session on Deptember
8, 1967, at L;00 o'clock PM. Those present 0. W. Hampton
Mayor, City Councilmen: Tibbals, Mauk, Douthitt and Elledge
with Councilman Martin absent, City Manager Jack H. Whitt
and City Secretary Oneida Gallagher.
Written consent to meet was signed by all present and the
meeting was called to order by Mayor Hampton.
1967-1968 Budget was presented by City Mayor and after short
discussion motion was made by Councilman Douthitt and se-
conded by Councilman Elledge recommending budget to public
at public hearing on September la, 1967 at 7:00 o' clock PM.
Unanimous Ayes.
Motion to adjourn, Councilman Mauk and seconded by Council-
man Douthitt at ld 5 PM. �.
