SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
April 15, 1968
The City Council met in Special session April 15, 1968, at
7 00 P.M. Present: Mayor hampton; Aldermen: Mauk, Tibbals,
Elledge and Martin with Douthitt absent. City Atty. John
Gay, City Manager Jack H. Whitt and City Secy. Oneida
Gallagher. R. J. Hall and Bill cline present to take Oath
of Office.
Consent to meet was signed by Mayor Hampton and Aldermen:
Tibbals, Elledge, Martin and Mauk.
Oath of Office was administered by City Atty. John Gay to
R. J. Hall for Mayor and Harry F. Tibbals, Jr. and Bill
Cline for Aldermen.
Charles Shields and City Judge Jack Mote, met with Council.
Motion to adjourn by Alderman Elledge and seconded by Alder-
man Mauk. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
