of Wylie. The recently annexed 60 Acre tract is
Zoned R - 1300 - M and the owners have properly
petitioned this city for a classification of I - 2
(Heavy Industrial) . The Zoning commission of the
City of Wylie have approved this change and ask
that the City Council give final approval in
answer to the petition.
By your signature below you do consent to this
meeting and by the attest of the City Secretary
so order its entrance into the permanent record
of the City of Wylie as an official action of the
governing body of this the Ci y f Wylie, Collin
County, Texas.

SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
August 7, 1968
The City Council met in Special Session August 7, 1968 at
12:30 PM (Noon) for the express purpose of considering
Ordinance #6 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING NO. 62-5 SO THAT
A PART OF ZONE 'tR-1300-Mn IS CHANGED TO ZONE E-a, AND
-DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hall. Present:
Mayor Hall, Aldermen Tibbals, Elledge, Mauk and Cline.
City Manager Jack Whitt and City Secy. Oneida Gallagher.
Absent: City Atty. John Gay and Alderman Martin.
The Ordinance was read by City Manager Jack Whitt; was
discussed and passed on a motion by Alderman Tibbals
and seconded by Alderman Elledge. Unanimous Ayes .
Motion to adjourn by Alderman Mauk and seconded by Alder-
man —*
Cline at 12:L5 PM. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
