Special Council Meeting
August 29, 1968
The City Council met in Special Session after due Notice,
August 29, 1968, at 7:00 P.M. for the express purpose of cm-
sideration and action on an Ordinance regulating the keeping
and possessing of livestock within the corporate limits of
the City of Wylie, Texas, and setting out the rules and con-
ditions governing the same; imposing a penalty for violation
thereof; repealing conflicting ordinances and providing for
an emergency.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hall. Present
Mayor Hall; Aldermen; Mauk, Martin, Tibbals and Cline.
City Manager Jack H. Whitt and City Secy. Oneida Gallagher.
With Alderman Elledge absent. Paul Campbell and Billy Mills
met with Council.

The Ordinance was discussed and passed on a motion by Alder-
man Mauk and seconded by Alderman 2artin. Unanimous Ayes.
Motion to adjourn at 7:30 by alderman Tibbals and seconded
by Alderman Cline. Unanimous Ayes. Meeting adjourned.
