Consider and act upon a Second Amendment to the Performance Agreement between WEDC 40 and Glen Echo Brewing LLC. Sitaff Comments Staff referred the Board to the! Second Amendment to the Performance Agreement provided in the agienda placket. This Second Amendment provides a 90-1day extension to allow -More time to finish the M'staant and fire suppression system.
