A motion was made by Mefisa Whitehead, seconded by Blake Brininstool, to approve the FY 2023-20124
WF4.DC Budget as presented. A violte was taken, and the motion passed 4-0.
2. Consider and act upon a Second Amendment to the Purchase anid Sale Agreement between the
WEDC and McClure Partners, Construction Company.

A �motioln was made by Aaroii Jameson, seconded by Blake Brininstool, to approve a Second Amendment
to the, Purchase and Sale Agreement between. the WEDC and McClure Partners Construction Company
and further authorize! WEDC President Dawkins to execute said agreement. A. vote was taken, and the
motion passed 4-0.
