SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL TEETING
March 30, 1970
The City Council met in special session at 7:30 PM at City Hall
March 30, 1970 for the purpose of re-zoning for Mobil Park Homes,
Personnell and Land Lease Annexation.
Present; Mayor Hall; Aldermen, Tibbals, Addicks, Thomas, Martin
and Mauk, City Manager Mathis and City Secy. Oneida Gallagher.
Ordinance #70-2
An Ordinance regulating Moil Home Parks, was discussed and approved
as read on motion by Mderman Addicks and seconded by alderman Mauk.

Ordinance #70-3
An Ordinance Annexing the 26.33 acres owned by -Peerless Mgg. Company
to the City of Wylie, Texas on motion by alderman Addicks and sec.
by Alderman Martin. Motion carried.
Ordinance #70-1
An Ordinance annexing HWY 544 East for 1/2 mile to the City of
Wylie, Texas on motion by alderman Thomas and seconded by alderman
Tibbals . Motion carried.
Ordinance #70-5
An Ordinance annexing Cid HWY 78 for 1/2 mile South to the City of
Wylie, Texas, on motion by alderman Addicks and seconded by alderman
Thomas . Motion carried.
Request by Peerless Mfg. Company to re-zone 26.33 acres from single
faily residential to Heavy Industry.
ration by alderman Whomas and seconded by alderman Addicks to accept
the resiganation of Chief Billy R. Cutchins, effective March 31, 1970
and allow one week pay. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
