SPECIAL C OUNC I; MEETING
April 28, 1970
The City Council met in apecial session Tuesday, April 28, 1970
at 7:00 PM to duscuss preliminary plans for Sewer facilities.
To appoint a member on the Recreational Boaxd and discuss
Sanitary Garbage Truck.
Present; Mayor Hackler; Aldermen; Martin, Mauk, Dodd, Addicks
and Thomas; City Manager !'athis and Water Supt. Allen.
Motion by Alderman Addicks an-1 seconded by Alderman Thomas for
City Manager Mathis to get bids on New Garbage Truck. Motion
Carried.
Motion by Alderman Thomas and seconded by Alderman Dodd to appoint
Alderman Addicks on the Wylie Community Recreational Council.
Motion carried.
Mr. Phelps with Hennengson, Durham and Richardson met with Council —�
to discuss preliminary plans on sewer facilities . This firm is to
submit an estimate on racetrack method of sewer treatment.
