May 11, 1970
The City Council met in special session Monday, May 11, 1970 at
7:30 PM at 6ity Hall . £resent; ayor Fackler; Aldermen: Martin,
Addicks, Thomas, Mauk and Dodd, City Atty. Bob Baker, City Manager
Mathis, Water Supt. Allen and City Secy. Oneida Gallagher.
The meeting was called for #1 for the purpose of considering am-
mending the Zoning Ordinance by changingZoning on 51.300 acres of
land out of Abstract 267, L. C. Davidson Survay from Single Family
Resindential to L-1 Light Industry ,.and an application to locate a
Mobil Home Park. :'.lotion by Alderman Dodd 'nd seconded by Alderman
Mauk. On the motion 2 voted for and 3 voted against.
# 2 To consider the annexation of 69.258 .acr:os of land out of Abstract
520, S. B. Shelby Survey, and a request that proper Zoning which
would allow mobil Home Park on 32 .904 acres . Motion by Alderman
Thomas and seconded by Alderman Addicks . On the Notion 2 voted
for and 3 voted against.
Meeting adjorned at 9:30 PM.
