The City Council met in special session June 25, 1970 at 7;30 PT.

Frank Medanich with The First Southwest Co. Let with Council tp
present twin Bond Rein yment Schedules . One f or 31 years and on for
25 years . It was decided for Bob Hogan. with HDE to make a rate study
and sup:- ly t is information to Frank Medanich so t .at a rate increase
could be out into effect to cover the necessary Bond on a 25 year
schedule .
Bob Hogan with HDR met with Council to report on his recosm.,_endetion
on the third Installment of Holiday Terrace Addition, it was decided
that Pair. Hogan and City Mgr. Mathis meet with Subdivider on some
changes for this Plat.
