REGULAR CITY COUNCIL HEETING
May 25, 1971
The City Council met in regular session in City Hall May 25, 1971,
at 7:30 PM; Present; Mayor Hackler; Aldermen; Dodd, Addicks, 1'iauk --
and Davis . City Mgr. Mathis . Water Supt. Allen With Ald. Thomas absent.
Mr. McCord presented his proposition concerning requests for Water.
City will investigate and m -et again Friday, hay 28, 1971,
and render a decision.
Bert Newman met with Council and presented his request for Sewer service,
Mr. Newman will present more details of his plans at a future date .
It was decided for W. A. Allen to request annexation of his property
East of Wylie, to the City.
Council agr ed to accept lots with 660o sg. ft. in the Ryan Sub-Div.
It was decided to wait on the purchase of land for sewer plant until more
information could be secured on the Regional System.

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
May 30, 1971
The City Council met in spedial session in City Hall at 7:30 PM.
Present; Mayor Hackler; Aldermen; Dodd, Addicks, Mauk and Thomas;
City Mgr. Mathis; Water Supt Allen. With Ald. Davis absent.
Mr. McCord met with Council in reference to their decision con-
cerning Water request outside City limits ;Jest of Wylie.
Motion by Alderman Addicks and seconded by Alderman Mauk to allow
NTMWD the authority to serve the individuals but the City reserves
the right to serve these people in the future should the City have
water available to this area plus City to have easement. All Ayes .
