REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
DECEMBER 15, 1971
The City Council met in Regular Session in City Hall at 7:30
PM on December 15, 1971.
Present Mayor Hackler: Aldermen Dodd, Davis, Addicks, and Mauk.
City Water Supt. Allen and City Secy. Oneida Gallagher.
Council on motion by Ald. Dodd and seconded by Ald. Mauk to
accept the agreement drawn up by Santa Fe Railway and City of
Wylie for a grade crossing at Railway Mile Post and 1646 Ft.
at Wylie, Texas. Unanimous Ayes.
Minutes of City Council Meetings in November were approved on
motion by Ald. Davis and seconded by Ald. Mauk. All Ayes.
Motion by Ald. Dodd and seconded by Ald. Mauk to approve
expenditures for the month of November. All Ayes.
Mayor Hackler appointed Archie Murprie to fill place of Ed
Collins on the Planning and zoning Board on motion by Ald. Dodd
and seconded by Ald. Addicks. Motion carried.
Mayor Hackler gave a report of the St. Paul election.
No action on the Lee Birkett Street Improvement.
On motion by Ald. Addicks and seconded by Ald. Mauk to grant
vacation pay for W. A. Allen and Oneida Gallagher. Unanimous
Ayes.
Motion by Ald. Davis and seconded by Ald. Addicks to council
the City Council Meeting scheduled for Dec. 28, 1971. All Ayes.
Motion to adjourn by Ald. Dodd and seconded by Aid. Mauk.
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
