NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE
CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION
TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Wylie„Texas, "^
shall convene at 7:00 o'clock, P.M. on the 13th day of August,
1974, at its regular meeting place in the City Hall of said City,
to consider the passage of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of
certificates of obligation of said City in an amount not to exceed
$ 50, 000 for the purpose of paying all or a portion of a
contractual obligation to be incurred for the purchase of materials
and supplies, to wit: sewer pipe and contracts for personal or
professional services to be rendered by attorneys, a financial
advisor and engineers in connection with the issuance of said
certificates of obligation and improvements to the City' s Sewer
System; such certificates of obligation to be payable from ad
valorem taxes and net revenues of the City' s Sewer System.

SECTION 2: That said notice shall be published once a week
for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in
the City, the date of the first publication to be at least fourteen
(14) days prior to the date stated therein for the passage of the
ordinance authorizing the issuance of the certificates of obligation.
