Regular City Council Meeting
December 9, 1975
The Wylie City Council met in regular session December 9, 1975, at 7:oo
P. M. in Wylie City Hall. Present were: Mayor Don Thomas; Aldermen
R. C. Dodd, Kenneth Nall, Dwayne Boyd, Stan Shively and. William Martin;
City Manager Dennis Woodard; City Secretary Doris Wilson and Fire Chief
Danny Clart.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Thomas. First on the agenda
was the approval of November minutes and expenditures to be paid in
December. Motion was made by Stan Shively and seconded by William
Martin for approval. A11 Ayes.
The annual audit was reviewed and motion for approval was made by
Kenneth Nall and seconded by R. C. Dodd. Passed with all ayes.
Discussion of Zoning Ordinance was tabled until next regular meeting
On motion by William Martin and seconded by Kenneth Nall. All Ayes.
Motion was made by Stan Shively and seconded by Kenneth Nall to place
a blanket bond on all city employees. All Ayes.
Departmental reports were given by Fire Chief Danny Clark and City
Manager Dennis Woodard.
Motion to adjourn at 8:35 PM was made by Stan Shively and seconded by
Kenneth Nall. A11 Ayes.
