09-20-1979 (City Council) Minutes SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 20, 1979
7 : 00 p.m.
Those attending were Mayor Akin, Mayor Pro-Tem Hall, Councilmen
Kreymer and Martin, City Manager Dodson, City Secretary Connelly,
Melvin Delaney. Absent were Councilmen Minihan and Hughes .
Invocation was given by Councilman Martin.
Consideration of a petition for annexation. Mel Delaney, as
buyer, and representing Lomas $ Nettleton, as seller, brought
forth annexation petition for property to be brought into city.
Public hearing to be held October 9, 1979 on annexation.
Mayor Pro-Tem Hall made motion to accept application. Council-
man Martin seconded, all in favor.
Public Hearing on Revenue Sharing Funds . No objections to
Proposed Reveune Sharing Funds .
Public Hearing on 1979-80 Annual Budget. There were no object-
ions to the 1979-80 Annual Budget.
Mayor Pro-Tem Hall made motion to adjourn at 8 : 00 p.m. ,
Councilman Kreymer seconded, all in favor.
