Kreymer, Minihan and Martin, City Manager Franzen, City Secretary
Connelly, Acting City Attorney Buddy Masters , Chief-of-Police

Florence Masters , Mrs . Earnestine Allen, Mr. $ Mrs . Larry Allen,
Mr . J. S. Ford, Mr. Perry Robinson, Robert Kreymer, Curtis Ratcliff,
John Pendergrass, Richard Parker, Bobby King, Bob Edgin, Ken Ford,

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Akin at 7 : 00 p .m. who also
gave the invocation.
Councilman Hughes made motion to adjourn into executive session
for discussion of personnel matters . Seconded by Councilman
-�-- Kreymer, all in favor .
Mayor Pro-Tem Hall made motion to re-open special meeting at
8 : 30 p .m. Councilman Kreymer seconded, all in favor .
Councilman Minihan made motion which was read by Acting City
Attorney Masters . "That the City Manager conduct an evaluation
and survey of the comptenecy, efficency, personnel practice,
morale and qualifications of the Wylie Police Department and to
report to the City Council , in writing at the end of 60 days
with specific recommendations , suggestions and comments ."
Motion was seconded by Councilman Hughes , all in favor .
Councilman Kreymer made motion to adjourn at 8 : 40 p .m.
Seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Hall , all in favor.
