CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
SPECIAL SESSION
DECEMBER 18, 1980
4:30 P.M.
Those present were Mayor John W. Akin, Councilmembers Roy Hall , Donald
Hughes, Rowland Kreymer and Harold Eavenson. Also present was City Manager
Lee S. Vickers. Mayor Akin called the meeting into executive session to
discuss possible litigation concerning a recent application for a private
club liquor permit filed by the Z club, Impression Center. After much
discussion, the Mayor called the meeting into open session and further dis-
cussion took place. There was no formal action, but the consensus was
reached to request the Wylie ministerial alliance to carry the burden
of opposition to the permit for the private club. Several other matters
were discussed on an informal basis, but no formal. action was taken on any
item. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
