high speed TLETS communications equipment will be $2,138. , for a total
of $4,087 to be expended by the City.

City Manager Vickers advised Council he had talked to FAA this
date and they will not require the City to go through with a final
public hearing as previously required. FAA asked that the City
Council approve a letter to them advising that the City is satis-
fied with the reports previously received. The letter should also
advise FAA to drop the airport issue for Wylie.
