The town council of the town of Wylie met in regular session on Feb 5th at City Hall
Mayor J.W. Russell presiding.
The following responded to roll call J. W. Russell, A. Brown, J. W. Amis, C. J. Gallagher
J. A. Hammette and J. J. Hollomon. Minutes of previous meeting read and accepted.
No unfinished or miscellaneous business approved.
The report of A. Brown marshal read and referred to finance committee. On motion &
second the following 30 day notices were ordered served for the repair of walks:
E. B. Marchant walk in front of property on Marble St., Mrs. Pickette, walk on Ballard
Ave A. H. Burns Jr. walk south of Gaul's shop., St L. Sw Ry Co walk on east side of
right of way on Marble st J. B. Palmer walk on Jackson st
The following accounts were allowed;
