01-15-1943 (City Council) Minutes January 1943 The City Council of the City of Wylie met on January 15, 1943 in the City Hall with all members present. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and declared approved by the Mayor. Unfinished business was declared in order. No action was taken on moving City Bank account. On a motion by C.G. Housewright and a second by R.J. Hall it was voted that a certain lot in the south part of town belonging to the City should be sold for $25.00. City health officer was appointed by the Mayor Dr. P.F. Brooks. Condition and repair for the City streets was discussed. Permission was given to use City truck for any street work to be done.
