W.F. Duncan, reading of precious minutes was omitted as minute book was not present. No General
business, now rate of 6% be paid on all meter deposits and holders be instructed to present claim by Jan
1. Motion carried.The following were appointed as equalization board by the mayor J.N. Callaway, D.
Story, C.C. Pittes.The following bills were allowed
