Council meet on the above date with all member present.
A Brown Reported he had clean Sewer ditches out, and gravel street. Council
approved his work.
Was move & sec to send a pentition to the H.W. Commission to connect the state
H.W. 78 through Wylie to the Plano connecting at White Way filling Station, Motion
carried.
Was move & sec to refund everyone who does not have sewer and gas & meter
$2.00 to apply on water acct. Motion carried.
Was moved & sec to allow Homer burch to appoint a snitary man. Motion carried.
Was move & sec to allow the following Bills:
