08-15-1934 (City Council) Minutes August 15th 1934.
City Council meet in regular session with all members being present.
Motion & Sec to allow rebate checks in favor of Burch garage. and Hillis garage to take
care of their sewer bills as long as the coming(?) work goes on at the city Hall as the
restroom at there garages are used be the employes at the city Hall. Motion carried.
Motion & Sec. and motion carried to allow J.R. Jones & Son. .40¢ per hr for extra work
sprinkling streets.
Motion & Sec and motion carried all Bills be allowed paid as read. Motion& Sec and
motion carried to allow J.W. Rees Six ($6.00) per month for acting as City Treasurer.
Motion & Sec to adjourn motion carried.
