10-15-1934 (City Council) Minutes Oct— 15th 1934.
City Council met in regular session with all members being present except A brown.
A Motion& Second to refund to H.A. Smithwick Five Dollars ($5.00) on old water meter
deposit and to correct the receipt that Dan Prates had and make it in favor of HA
Smithwick. Motion Carried.
Motion & Second that sewer Committee put the required sewer line to Mrs C. H.
Waton's property line or to where she can connect on to it. Motion Carried.
Motion & Second the following bills be allowed. Motion Carried.
