City Council met in regular session with all members being present.
Motion & Second to deduct $3.00 for city street tax and .70 cents Back Water bill from
W.S. Hillis "Sewer" Labor check.
Motion & Carried.
Motion & Second = The Mayor declare and set a clean up day and Tuesday Nov 20th was
the day set for the work.
Motion Carried.
Motion & Second J.H. Calloway as Sewer Committee make a contract with J.A. Pitts to
put a fence on east line of sewer property to connect with J.A. Pitts property— contract
for a period of Five years. Motion Carried.
Motion & Second The Mayor and Treasurer place Bond money on accounts where they
see best for all parties concerned.
Motion Carried.
Motion & Second all bills be allowed as read. Motion Carried.
Motion & Second to adjourn, Motion Carried.
