The City Concil of the Town of wylie (Tex) met in Call session in the city Hall with all
Members present except A. Brown.
Motion & Second to Accept the refeniancing of the city Bond and warrant indebtness
with the Brown-Krummer co, with the corrections on the interest rate and option on
Bonds.
Motion Carried.
There being no further Business the Meeting Adjourned.

E. Housewright, reports the reorganizing of the Wylie, Independent
Fire Department, on motion and second the reorganization accepted and
E. Housewright appointed Fire Chief, and the Constitution of the Fire
Department, approved,
Proposed Contract of the Texas Power and Light Co for furnishing
Electricity for the pumping station read and ordered held for future
consideration by the City Council.,
