11-16-1936 (City Council) Minutes Nov 16- 1936 Regular meeting nite
The City Concil of the town of Wylie (Tex) met in regular session with all members
present except J. H. Calloway„Councilman„
The Minutes of last meeting was read and approved.
R. L. Gallagher was appointed as a Committee of one by Mayor Pitts to have the
safe the city bought for the purpose of keeping the citys records and documents in moved
from the white way filling station to the city Hall.
Motion & Second W. S. Hillis share equally with J. R. Jones in the sanitary Salary of
$25.00 twenty five and no/100 Dollars for the month of October. Less the amount paid the
helper who worked with Jones in Hillis place.
Motion Carried.
Motion & Second to pay J. A. Hammett $1.�� one& no/100 Dollars for month from the
time he took the City Marshall job or office up to the present time. Motion Carried.
Motion & Second that the Reduction in the Sewer Rate at the public school building be
sat a side at the present time. Motion Carried.
Motion & Second all bills be allowed paid as read. Motion Carred.
There being no more business the meeting closed.
