J. A. Hammett, Assessor and Collector of taxes for the city of Wylie. Collin County
Texas, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing 140 pages constitute a true and
correct list record and roll of delinquent taxes due the city of Wylie Collin Conty Texas
for all years up to and including the year 1935 and is here by officially adopted as such.
As and when said taxes are paid the pages on which they are shown shall be
removed from said roll and the remaining pages shall there after continue to constitute the
delinquent roll until all of said taxes shall have been paid.

On this the 7th day of December, A.D. 1936, The City Concil of the City of Wylie
Collin County Texas, in open session with a quorum present passed the following order
to-wit.
It is ordered by the City Concil of the City of Wylie Collin Conty Texas that the
delinquent tax roll for the year 1935 and all prior years as prepared by J. A. Hammett
assessor and collector of taxes and certified and submitted by him be, and the same is in
all things officially approved and adapted and designated as the delinquent tax roll of the
City of Wylie as the combined delinquent tax roll of said City of Wylie for the year 1935
and all years prior there to.
