The City Concil of the City of Wylie Tex met in Call session in the city hall in the City of
Wylie Tex, with all members present except A. Brown.
Motion & Second City Concil appoint L.J. Truett to represent the city of wylie in the case
of Brown-Croomer Investment Co vs City of Wylie in federal court at Sherman Texas.
Motion Carried.
Motion & Second City advance L. J. Truett $5000 on account. Motion Carried.
There being no more business there was a Motion& Second to adjourn.
Motion Carried.
