10-15-1937 (City Council) Minutes Oct-15th= 1937 The City Council of the town of Wylie. Texas meet in regular session with all members present. The minutes of last meeting was read and approved. There was a motion and second before the house to let Earnie Housewright buy what ever amount of fire hose needed for the fire truck. Motion Carried. Motion and second to reduce the Sewer rate at the High School building from nine dollars ($9.00)to Five dollars ($%.0) new rate to apply on Oct. bill. The water rate will not be changed. Motion Carried. Motion and Second The City put on a Clean up Campaign with in the next two weeks. Motion Carried. Motion and Second all bills be paid. Motion Carried.
