Gentlemen:--
It has been brought to our attention by Mr. C. B. Sheffield
Texas State Auditor, That there is on deposit your Company to the Credit
to our account the amount of$30.00,
In regular meeting of the City Council with all members Present, the following
resolution passed, Dec 15th 1936.
" Be it resolved that the City Secretary Be instructed to communicate
with the Central Hanover Bank and Trust Co, New York to secure the return
of a credit due the City of Wylie, Texas, In amount of$30.00 less such
commission and fees due said Bank and trust Co., "
Please arrange to let me have Check for above mentioned amount less any
fees or commissions due you, to be deposited to the credit of Interest
and sinking funds of this city. as we wish to close out all possible items
as we have arranged for a refunding of all Bonds and warrants outstanding.
