Th City Concil of the city Wylie Tex met in regular session in the city hall with all
members present.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor J. W. Akins. The minutes of last
meeting was read and approved.
Motion & Second city refuse the request of the Sewing room for the use of the
unused money allotted.
Motion Carried.
Motion & Second the Mayor order an election to be held the l' Tuesday the 5th
April for the purpose of electing Mayor- City Clerk— City Marshall, two Alderman.
Motion Carried.
J. W. Russell was appointed to hold said Election if he will serve.
Motion & Second city Signs Agreement with State Railroad Commision in regard
to regulating the Natl gas rates in the City of Wylie. Motion Carried.
Motion & Second City pay W E Bedell $400 per year for use of lot South of city hall no
occupied by city fire hose rack.
Motion & Second city pay one month of Sanitary Bill and the water one month
Bill of the three months that the work was not done on acct of bad weather and the wagon
could not run. Motion Carried.
Motion & Second all bills be allowed paid as read except the city street light bill
and hold up this Bill for readjustment. Motion Carried.
