The City Concil of the city of Wylie "Tex" met in special call session with all members
present.
The purpose of our call meeting was to open the bids on our Bond advertisement.
In the Daily Bond Buyer New York N Y.
We also had a number of visitors with us in the meeting tow discuss the W.P.A.
gravel propect. The committee to test out the gravel was S. G. Allison, G H. Richards and
R. J. Hall committee on distribution of the gravel was J. W. Housewright G. P. Maynard
and Glen Daniel.. It was decided to discuss the matter some more and the committee's
was not discharged..
There was a Motion & Second city buy Two $500.()() Warrants at 40 cents on the $1 00
with accured interest for one year. from the Brown-Crummer& Co inc Dallas Tex
Motion Carried. Also one $100000 at 64 cents on the $10o with accured int. for one year
from Prudden & Co Inc. Toledo Ohio.
Motion Carried.
Motion & Second the Bills be allowed paid Motion Carried
