05-16-1938 (City Council) Minutes May 16 - 38 The city concil of the city of Wylie Tex met in regular session in the city hall with all members present except C. K. Smith The minutes of last regular meeting also May 5th call meeting was read and approved. Motion & Second city extend sewer main to J C Jennings residence motion carried. Mayor Housewright appointed the water-sewer committee to obtain figures on the cash of laying this sewer main to J. C. Jennings property. Motion & Second city carry no water bills after the first of each month, following the 10th which is the last day to pay water Bills. Motion Carried.. Motion & Second all bills be allowed paid as read motion carried.
