The city concil of the city of Wylie Tex met in Special call session with all members
present
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the opening of the swimming pool. After
discussing the matter for some time there was a Motion& second to Employe Claudie
Mitchell and wife at a salary of$1500 per week with the understanding C Mitchell is to
have the consission rights also he is to do the cleaning of the pool as often as is neseccary
also mowing of the swming pool lawn and landry and sterlize the bathing suits and
towels Motion Carried..
Motion & Second city open the sming pool Friday evening June 311 children 12 years or
under with their on suits will pay 100 suits furnished by pool will pay 15 cents Over 12
years of age with their own suits will pay 20 cents, suits furnished by pool will pay 25
cents. Motion Carried.
Motion & Second city charge 35 cents per day for each family using the gas cookers and
equipment at the city for canning or cooking purposes, Motion Carried.
The Mayor appointed. J. W. Housewright Frank Smith and J W Russell to serve on the
Equilization Board
