The city Concil of the city of Wylie "Tex" met in regular session with all members
present except G. H. Richards and he came in before the meeting was over. and J A.
Binton was also absent from the meeting Minutes of last meeting was read and approved.
There was a motion& Second that the Bond of H. A. Long for $50000 as water
collector and Claudies Mitchell Bond of$50000 as operator of swing pool and Both be
accepted
Motion Carried..
Motion& Second all bills be allowed paid including a bill for G. H. Richards
R. J. Hall and Tom Long. Motion Carried..
