The city concil of the city of Wylie Tex met in regular session in the city hall with all
members present except J. A. Pitts
The minutes of last meeting was read and approved.
There was a Motion & Second that the city levy a tax rate of$1.50 for the year
1938 Motion Carried.
There was a motion and Second the city "Cancel or Take" of the $200 Two &
no/100 sewer charge on the two toilets or commodes in the colored working room in the
Sante Fe station and the Santa Fe will keep same clean and disinfected and open for the
public Motion Carried.
Motion& Second all bill be allowed paid as read Motion Carried.
