The city council of the city of Wylie Tex met in special call session with all members
present.
There was a motion& Second M. T. Staples be appointed to furnish the city of Wylie all
the necessary information in regard to proceeding with the municipal light and power
plant and to proceed with the necessary papers and documents
Motion Carried.
Motion & Second to adjourn Motion Carried.
