The city concil of the city of Wylie Tex met in special call session in the city Hall with
all members present except Ray L. Pitts.
The meeting was called for the purpose of ordering an election called a revenue Bond
election for the sum of$350000 Thirty five thousand and no/100 on the 20th of
September 1938 for the purpose of building a municipal light and power plant
There was a motion by J A Pitts that said election be held for the purpose of Voting
on said Bond the motion was "Second" by Capt J. A. Benson. Motion Carried.
