The city concil of the city of Wylie"Tex" met for call session in the city hall with all
members present Except Ray. L. Pitts
The purpose of the meeting was to confirm the ordering of said city Bond Election to
be held on the 29th of Sept 1938 instead of Sept 20th 1938 also the appointment of two
judges and two clerks to hold said election
There was a motion by J A Pitts and Second by Capt J. A. Benton that Mayor E.
Housewright appoint two Judges and two clerks to head said Election Motion Carried
J. W. Housewright was appointed presiding Judge J. H. Calloway Judge C. M. Gallagher
clerk Farrell Williams clerk
Mayor Housewright ordered said election notice be published in the Wylie Herald until
election time.
Motion & Second to adjourn Motion Carried.
