The was a Motion & Second city of Wylie pay to W. W. McCreary $1000 per month
on his night watch Salary Motion Carried Effective Nov 1st. 1938
Motion & Second city of Wylie pay J. A. Hammett city Marshall $1000 per month
until they see fit to change it Effective December 15 = 1938 Motion Carried.
Motion & Second city of Wylie pay to M. T. Staples and J. W. Housewright $27500
two hundred seventy five& no/100. for their services rendered the city, when the city
was thinking of and contemplating on Building. A Municipal light and Power plant
Motion Carried.
Motion & Second city of Wylie pay to H. E. Creel $1000 to apply on the expense of
taking care of Aunt Polly Daniels this month. Motion Carried.
Motion & Second all Bills be allowed paid as read Motion Carried.
