02-15-1939 (City Council) Minutes February 15th 1939
The city concil of the city of Wylie Texas met in regular session in the city hall with all
members present.. Except Ray Pitts and G. H. Richards.
Minutes of last meeting was read and approved
There was a Motion & Second the city open up the alley between A. L. Hooper and
Jimmie Eubanks Motion Carried. Mayor Housewright ordered an election to be held the
first Tuesday in April that being the (4th)Fourth day of April for the purpose of electing
the alderman.
J. W. Russell was appointed to hold said election with the assistance of two clerks
which he will select himself.
Motion & Second all bills be allowed paid as read Motion Carried
