03-04-1908 (City Council) Minutes Wylie Tex. March 4th 1908
The town council of the town of Wylie met in regular session on March 4th at City
hall, Mayor J. W. Russell presiding.
On roll call the following responded; J. W. Russell, A. Brown, J. J. Hollomon, J. A.
Hammette, C. J. Gallagher, R Jackson, J. W. Amis.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved
The following action was taken on 30 day notices of last meeting
St L. Sw. Ry Co passed as repaired
E. B. Marchant and Mrs Pickette passed for present
A. H. Burns and J. B. Palmer ordered sent with 10 days notice to repair walks.
On motion and second the following 30 days notices were ordered send.
W. J. Hart walk in front of property
E. R. Daniel for Mrs. Williams.
Motion & Seconded that Mayor J. W. Russell order election for two aldermen and Mayor
Report of A. Brown Marshal and L. A. Powell Clerk read and accepted.
The following accounts were allowed

Treas J. W. Amis 800
