The town council met in regular session Jan 7th at City Hall. Mayor J. W. Russell
presiding.
The following responded to roll call. J. W. Russell, A. Brown, J. J. Hollomon, C.
J. Gallagher, J. A. Hammette, J W Amis, R. Jackson.
Minutes of previous meeting read and adopted.
No unfinished business and no report of standing committees. The report of Treas J. W.
Amis read and an motion & second same was referred to the finance committee. The
report of J W Russell Mayor for 3'd quarter, also, monthly report of A. Brown Marshal
read and accepted.
The following accounts were allowed;
J. B. Baskette for printing envelopes 1.50
A. Brown Salary, Tax collecting, and deputies, etc 37.90
Total allowed 39 40
No further business appearing adjournment carried.
